Payne Planner Start (1).jpg

I have developed a planner with my clients in mind, specifically regarding chronic illness, however this can be utilized by anyone.  There is a monthly view and a weekly view with block days (no hour breakdown).  Additionally, there is a weekly tracker option to monitor your sleep, mood, energy, pain, stress, mental clarity, and movement.  There are also monthly options for self care ideas and mindfulness exercises.
